We work together for a mutually invested revenue share - when you make money, I make money. In other words, I have a dedicated interest to get you results, as if it was my own business.

What's a Cash Injection?
It's a carefully curated voiceover offer (or package) that you and I bring to a target market.
In the same way that you would select specific agencies to direct market your demos to, we use a strategic offer instead of a demo, and market it to a specific audience, instead of agencies, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions
I don't really understand what a Cash Injection offer Is. Can you explain it more?
Many VOs can become confused by this concept because we think in terms of demos and gigs. A Cash Injection is a carefully curated voiceover offer (or package) that you and I bring to a target market. It's different from a demo you send to an agency, a recording you put on your website, or a gig recording you provide to a client. It's much more than that. It's a solution to a problem that you provide to an individual, or to a business that you happen to do the voiceover work for.
Let's look at an example for the "Profitable Website" explainer video offer. Pretend you're a life coach and you've been working on your website, but your website isn't getting your visitors to take the next action you want - to schedule a free discovery session.
And you know that if you can just get someone to schedule a free call with you, there's a great chance they can become your new client, because you can explain how you can help them solve your problem.
That's where the "Profitable Website" explainer video offer comes in. You have a great solution to their problem. You will provide a program (or package) that will help the life coach highlight how they can help their potential client. You'll do this through an explainer video that shares how the life coach can solve the potential clients' problems.
Let's look at an example for the "Happiness Starts Here" meditation offer. Imagine you're a woman who's been experiencing bad stress and anxiety. She's tried many things to solve her anxiety, but she hasn't been successful. That's where the "Happiness Starts Here" meditation program comes in. You an I will work together to make her an amazing custom meditation and affirmation recording that helps her feel relaxed and in control of her life. It's solves her problem, plus she learns how to help herself when she goes through the online program you record for her.
I don't know how to create a program for these individuals. Will the program still work for me? I will provide you with the program training and audio scripts that you'll record. It's all taken care of for you. And once you complete the program, you can continue to sell the program by paying a yearly licensing fee to use all the materials, system, and program name.
Who are the target markets for the cash injection programs?
For the "Happiness Starts Here" meditation program, it can be any individual who's experiencing a challenge. For example, a stay at home mom with two young kids who's experiencing anxiety. Or, a life coach who's lacking self-confidence. These are just some people who would benefit from the "Happiness Starts Here" meditation program.
For the "Profitable Website" explainer video program it can be any service provider that would benefit from having an explainer video on their homepage of their website. The explainer video will act like a 24/7 sales person and help their website visitors take the next step with them. Examples of service providers are coaches, wellness practitioners, therapists, and more.
Why is there a yearly licensing fee once the program completes?
That's because you'll be using my program materials and program name. Basically, I've done all the hard work of creating these assets that you can then sell. You can elect not to pay the yearly licensing fee, which means you won't be able to sell the program or use the assets.
Do I have to sell to these people? Yes, but it's not a bad thing. Have you ever thought to yourself "I don't want to prey on anyone?" If that's the case, you're not alone. That's because there have been so many unethical people who've polluted the marketplace. It's gross and you have every right to feel the way you do. But, you're helping people solve their problems. The sales process is simply helping them make an informed decision on what's right for them. It's never to strong-arm, bully, or manipulate someone into making a decision. Your job is to help them come to a decision about what's right for them, whatever that might be.
How much would I charge for these programs? Depending on the level of support you offer the person (this can be customized), the programs range in price from $2500.00 to $5000.00+.
How can I take money from someone I'm helping? When someone commits to reaching their goals financially, it helps them take it seriously. Aside from that, they are paying for the actual value the program offers.
I don't like marketing. Is there a way around this? People don't like marketing for good reason. Marketing is synonymous with unscrupulous behavior. You won't be partaking in this type of behavior at all. Your intention and delivery is what matters most. And you'll treat people how you would want to be treated if the roles were reversed.
Why would I want to do this besides audition for gigs all day? That's a fair question. When you audition all day, it helps you feel like you're doing something. It helps you feel productive and in control. But when you do an audition audit, you'll find that the 80/20 rule applies. Meaning, 80% of results come from 20% of your input or efforts. In other words, 20% of your audition efforts result in 80% of your paid client work.
What this means is that all the auditioning that hasn't yielded consistent results for paid VO work is wasted energy and effort. All that time is taken away from the people you hold dear to your heart, doing things you love besides voiceover, traveling, spending time in nature, and more. Let that sink in for a moment.
And pay to plays are starting to really dry up. There's no guarantee there anymore.
Plus, AI is starting to steal VO's jobs. Not convinced? I recently had someone tell me that they lost one of their most lucrative clients to AI. It was over 15% of their yearly revenue. And this is likely just the beginning.
How do I qualify for the VO Revolution™ Revenue Share program?
There's a 3 part application process:
Step #1 You'll need to book a free chat to learn more about the program and get your questions answered. We'll discuss the program and what the expectations are for each of us. If you’re comfortable with this, then you’ll proceed to the next step.
Step #2 You'll need to do an audition audit and be willing to use the saved time toward working the program. It's advantageous for you to do this whether you're invited to the program or not. It will tell you exactly what auditions to focus on in your business for a better ROI on your time, ultimately helping you bring in more money.
Step #3 We'll have another call to discuss your audition audit and how many hours you can realistically apply to the VO Revolution™ Revenue Share program.
Step #4 The last step in the process is to send me an email explaining why you think you'd be a good candidate to join the VO Revolution™ Revenue Share program.
Once I have all the information above, I'll be able to determine if you would be a good candidate to join the program, and if so, I'll extend an invitation.
Do I have to pay a percentage of my VO gig work?
No. It's only for Cash Injections. Your VO business is yours, and yours alone.
How long is the program?
The program is 15 months long. This is because it can take up to 3-months for us to get everything set up and then the next 12-months we just focus on taking consistent action to sell the Cash Injection offer.
Why aren't there an upfront costs?
I didn't want an upfront investment to be a barrier to success for VO's that weren't at a certain income level, but were extremely determined and dedicated to their business. They are working their butts off auditioning all day, for very little in return. As an entrepreneur, I know how it feels to work so hard and not see the success you want. That's why I'm determined to help VO's have a business that gives them their time back and gives them more money.
How much is the program worth?
The VO Revolution™ Partnership Program is a 20k, to 25k program. That's why I'm so selective about who I take on as a client. The objective is for both of us to bring in as much money as possible while we're working together. It's a win-win partnership.
Can you guarantee that I'll make money?
No one can guarantee you'll make money. That's unethical. There are many variables within a marketplace (especially when it's changing), a person's skill-set, where their business is currently, and what's happening in their personal life that affect their business and outcome. With that said, I will share how I've made money and how I've helped others do this as well. Then we'll both work hard to help people with the offer.
How do we split the proceeds?
First, we establish a "Good Karma" agreement that you'll notify me once a sale is made. From there, I'll send you an invoice for the split amount of 50%, and you'll pay it upon receipt. If you're invited to the program, you'll agree that if you ever were to be untruthful about a sale, that a financial accountant can audit your key accounts - should a discrepancy ever arise. But as an honest person with integrity, you will never ever have to concern yourself with that.
What if I want to renew when the 15-months end?
That's not a problem. And because we have an established relationship, and you're at a certain level, in terms of your business and sales skill-set, the percentage split will be reduced. That way you can make more money and receive the same level of support.
